The Cottage is on a private 18000 sq ft property with 110 feet at the ocean. We are off the main road, very quiet and secluded, yet only 10 Min to Nassau downtown and Paradise Island. The big Main porch faces East and has unobstructed ocean views. Sunrises and Full Moon are spectacular! There is direct access into the water for swimming, not deep and safe. Sunbath on the deck, the breakwater, the small beach or under palm trees on the grounds. Go for a swim, relax or undertake some sightseeing, duty free shopping in town and boat excursions. Enjoy your breakfast on the patio table and dine and wine inside/outside by simply opening the French Doors and connect the living- dining- kitchen with the big porch. Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The ground floor features 1 bed and 1 bath room with a shower, an open living- dining- kitchen with the all over the length
